Design a custom toile pattern

 
 

OUR PROCESS

Our process begins and ends with you, the client. Our aim is to help you bring your creative vision to life. Our priority is our clients, and we begin our projects by learning about your goals.

 

1. CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE

We start with a client questionnaire. What colors do you want to see? What motifs and illustrations are you looking for? How will the print be used? When do you need the final files? Would you prefer a vector-based design or a layered photoshop file?

Please feel free to provide any additional design details along with your questionnaire. If you wish, you may also provide reference images.

 

2. CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT

Our studio policy includes a 50% deposit before starting the design process. The client will receive an invoice for the deposit, payable online with a credit or debit card. The remaining 50% will be paid upon project completion.

 

3. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

After the deposit is paid, we will begin working on the custom print options. The client will receive between one and three options, depending on the package they have chosen. If the client's package includes more than one option, they can choose one design to move forward with.

 

4. REVIEW AND REFINE

Once the client reviews their options, we can refine the design if necessary. The design packages include between one and three complementary rounds of edits. If additional edits are required, they can be added at a rate of $50/hour.

 

5. FINAL ARTWORK DELIVERABLES

Final art files will be delivered as either a vector based Adobe Illustrator file or a layered Photoshop file. Please let us know which format you prefer before the design process begins. A link to download the final art files will be sent after the invoice has been paid for the remaining 50% of the design fee.
